[cisco-voip] CUCM 8.0(3a) / UCCE 8.0(3) CTI JTAPI Problems

We could Track Down the Problem to the following scenario

When the Agent is on the phone or get a phonecall during logging in, a
loggin is no longer possible. You have to remove and reassign the device to
the Cti User in CUCM.

Our Provider has a TAC open.
