[cisco-voip] Reason Codes in UCCX

Gotcha.

UCCX stores reason codes, wrap-up information and the like in an OpenLDAP
instance that runs on the UCCX. It's a bit of an engineering challenge to
pull that information initially but certainly not impossible, if your
coding chops are up to the challenge feel free to reach out for pointers,
otherwise manually maintaining may be the simplest way to go about it.
