[cisco-voip] UCCX 11.0, Phone agent, How many calls in queue?

We just upgraded to CCX 11.0 and two of our call centres are upset they no
longer can see how many calls are in the queue and how long has the next
one been waiting.

I recall someone wrote a small wall board to display on the phone so agents
would be able to get that information, but I cannot remember where I heard
this.

Does anyone on the list have a suggestion where I should look?
