Maybe you didn't see the installation guides on the WFO support page?  I'll
link the hierarchy for your convenience. You're going to want all of these
documents at your disposal as you build this out.

For yours and anyone else's benefit, WFO = Work Force Optimization and is
an umbrella term for two products: Work Force Management (Resource
Forecasting) and Quality Manager (Call Recording).  A lot of people get
that confused, especially WFO vs WFM.
