[cisco-voip] Cherry picking for Cisco UCCX

I'd be curious to see it in action. More so, I think the view for cherry
picking might be more valuable than the action of cherry picking itself.
What I mean is: today there is no good way to just see the contacts in the
queue, with any associated metadata.
