[VoiceOps] Key System Using Polycom VVX

Key system emulation with paging, door buzzers and/or shared line
appearance are a BITCH on most any hosted platform. Add in the
Polycom VVX's, which are not super stable yet, and you have a
dissatisfied customer.
I agree with the MITEL/Aastra suggestion of the AstraLink 160
