Once you have the actual LEC information (and fail at making anything work directly), complain to the PUC. People tend to pay closer attention then.

It's actually been escalated to their porting supervisor, from the first two tiers. Not sure how to go above that guy.

What we do is ask our customers to find a rep that knows how to do it or know what they are doing, or simply ask for a supervisor.
