[VoiceOps] Stale Caller ID

On a new platform we're evaluating I saw them specifically call out their ability to cache CNAM for months, though it was user configured.

So how much time are people doing (if at all)? Where's the balance in cost savings with increased headaches (or if not the headaches, at least the decrease in user experience)?

How common is how stale of caller ID data? We have a customer that is complaining that they're getting the wrong data on their phone. They insist it's not a local directory. We've verified it works fine on other providers.
